Today I got this e-mail and although I haven’t lost a dog I wanted to warn others about this total jerk who is preying on people who have lost their pet. Personally I’d like the FBI or police or anybody to stop this person and have hotmail, prodidgy, gmail and yahoo take action.

I looked at the headers and this e-mail went through all these e-mail service providers, obviously someone who can cover their tracks and is a hacker, to get to me.

Here is the e-mail I got today and I hope if any of you see this you will not contact this person but your internet service provider because this is just plain cruel and these people will probably want a reward or some kind of money sent and believe me they do not have your pet, dog or cat. I would also like some comments from programmers as to what this scam is all about. I’d like some ideas because it also may just be a way to get your valid e-mail address and that is bad enough. I’d also like to say that the e-mail addresses you see below may or may not belong to people who are involved with this. In fact I rather doubt that these lying sob’s would use their own e-mail addresses.
